France's Capital Markets, Residential and Retails teams have exclusively advised SAS Delta Immo (MAIF) on the sale of five residential properties to Paris Habitat for €25.4 m. The portfoilo comprises 95 apartments and nine retail spaces with a global annual rent of c.€1.4 m.
