Establishing a dedicated sales team, stationed in the sales office, to handle all sales enquiries, viewings, negotiations and closings, with prospective purchasers.

Providing you with up to date information on the residential market in which your asset is located in terms of new development supply, marketing trends, sales transactions, incentives and rental forecasts.

Assessing how your asset compares with similar projects nearby and/or in the overall market in terms of positioning, transaction value and volume, marketing strategies, and management standards.

We will advise you on the most appropriate alternative marketing strategy taking into account local market demand dynamics and the strength of local competition.
