Alan Selby and Partners

On 1st November 2013 CBRE Residential announced the acquisition of Alan Selby and Partners, a leading London residential development consultancy, sales and lettings agency focused on the London Docklands and the City of London markets.

This acquisition puts CBRE Residential in a perfect position to expand into East London and is a strong addition to the residential team. Alan Selby and Partners was founded in 1974 and with a record of consulting on more than 70 high-profile schemes, is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of prime central London real estate. The firm has led several landmark developments including New Providence Wharf, Pan Peninsula, Baltimore Wharf and the Heron.

EA Shaw

In November 2012 CBRE Residential acquired EA Shaw, the independent commercial and residential property firm, specialising in the central London market. EA Shaw offered a vast range of high quality services including commercial and residential investment, management, and asset management and leasing services to clients including: Shaftesbury PLC, Soho Estates, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and Legal and General. Through the acquisition, CBRE has been able to combine its expertise with EA Shaw's proven skills in the London residential and commercial sectors.
