Residential Investment

The residential investment market currently stands at approximately £2.5bn pa. The exceptionally low availability of up-and-let investment product coupled with high investor demand is the sector’s main challenge. CBRE anticipate that in the not too distant future, the market for existing stock will be many multiples larger, and as a result have a diverse team of specialists located across the UK.
