CBRE Residential forms specialist Boutique team
CBRE Residential continues to diversify its growing business, forming a specialist Boutique development team.
The team will be headed by CBRE Executive Director Lisa Hollands, and will provide bespoke development consultancy and sales advice to boutique residential developments across central London.
The specialist team has been formed in response to growing client demand for a dedicated consultancy service focused on the differentiated boutique product and its buyer demographic.
CBRE Residential has seen remarkable growth in recent years and is now firmly established as one of London’s leading residential advisers, focusing on providing innovative development consultancy, as well as sales and marketing advice and lettings and management services across Greater London. Since its formation six years ago, the business now employs 128 residential experts.
The Boutique team has a pipeline of over 40 new development projects to transact over the next two years, with a growing client base. Current clients include: Aviva, Legal & General, Shaftesbury plc, Derwent London, Lodha, Dukelease, Capco and Amazon.
