and On the Market within 24 hours of instruction.
Your property will also be uploaded on to our CBRE
UK and Global website, giving your property exposure
to both the UK and International student market.  

Conducting viewings

be conducted by a member of our lettings team. Our team
will provide you with regular feedback to ensure that you
are provided with regular updates surrounding your property. 

Tenancy negotiations

Once we’ve found you a tenant for your property, we’ll
arrange with them directly to source all the documentation
and any fees that we require from them before the tenancy
can start. This will include obtaining a security deposit
(six weeks’ rent) and obtaining details regarding their UK
based guarantor or receiving payment of the first
six months’ rent upfront.
