Finding your student property
Once you’ve set your budget and requirements,
we’ll go through our selection of properties and
present you with the best options that meet your
All viewings will be arranged by a member of
our team who will also accompany you to all
viewings. However, if you are unable to view
the property, we can arrange for someone to
view the property on your behalf or we can
conduct a virtual viewing for you.
Making your offer
Once you have found a property you like, we
will liaise with the landlord to agree and finalise
your offer. We will manage all negotiations on
your behalf with the landlord and address any
specific terms you may have.
Signing your tenancy agreement
Once your offer is accepted by the landlord,
we will collect the application form and any
admin fees and references from you. Once
these have been recieved, we will then create
your tenancy agreement.
Inventory and check-in
Prior to you moving into the property, we will
arrange for an inventory and check-in report to
be completed. This is just to ensure that the
property is in the best possible condition prior
to you moving in. You'll receive a copy of both
of these reports within seven days.
Moving into your student property
Once everything has been agreed upon and your
move-in date has been confirmed, we will arrange
the best date and time for you to pick up your keys
and start you move in.
