CBRE Residential appoints new Chief Operating Officer
CBRE Residential has further strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Ross Howard as Chief Operating Officer.
Ross joined the CBRE Residential business on Monday 16th November 16 and will be working closely alongside CBRE Residential Managing Director Lisa Hollands and Chairman Mark Collins.
Ross’s previous position was Chief Operating Officer (UK Capital Markets Group) at JLL, and he has over 10 years’ experience in the London and UK transactional markets. In his time at JLL role he had responsibility for Capital Markets, Office Agency, Retail, Residential, Logistics, Lease Advisory and Development teams.
Over the last three years, through implementing a strategic growth strategy combined with the acquisition of EA Shaw and Alan Selby & Partners and a range of key industry hires, CBRE Residential has grown its London agency headcount from four to 120 people.
Combined with a further 100 residential experts across CBRE in the UK, and residential development focused teams based in South-East Asia, the Middle East and Africa and Europe, the firm now has one of the strongest residential development and mixed use advisory teams in the country.
