Novotel: putting the bees on top

Increasingly conscious of the pull of local produce, hotels such as the Novotel in Canary Wharf are installing beehives on its roof.  As well as the environmental attraction, customers benefit from fresh honey with their breakfast croissants. Or in the case of Novotel perhaps try a honey based cocktail.
