More homes available to you! The stamp duty holiday was introduced as a result of Covid-19 to help home buyers purchasing for their own use up to £500,000. The deadline has been extended by a further three months and is now running until 30 June, as UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced in his Budget earlier this week. Please note, if you are buying a home over £500,000, a second home or an investment property, surcharges will apply, but you will still benefit from the £15,000 saving.
