Finding your property
Once you’ve set your budget and requirements, we’ll go through our selection of properties and present you with the best options that meet your needs.
We will personally accompany you on viewings of a selection of available properties.
Make your offer
Once you have found a property you like, we will liaise between you and the landlord to agree your offer and any specific terms you may require.
References and tenancy agreement
Once your offer is accepted by the landlord, we will collect the application form and any admin fees and references from you and arrange for your tenancy agreement to be drawn up.
Inventory and check-in
Prior to your moving in to the property, we will arrange for an inventory and check-in to be compiled, which will then be given to you for your records within 7 days.
CBRE’s administration fee is £300 inclusive of VAT (£250 + VAT) per letting, you will also be required to pay £50.40 inclusive of VAT (£42 + VAT) per tenant per property.
