Our favourite places for staying healthy in London
If you set yourself the challenge of getting fit or eating more healthily in 2017 then well done, it’s not an easy task as we’re sure you can already tell!
In recent years there has been a visible increase in the number of people getting regular exercise, and a lot of people have joined gyms or taken up new sports across London. There has also been a significant boom in healthy eating.
If you go out at lunchtime you’re now likely to see parks filled with fitness classes and joggers. You’re also far more likely to pass somebody cycling to work (which of course has financial and environmental benefits too). And London boasts some of the best restaurants, delis and cafes, serving health conscious fare.
London is filled with health clubs, gyms and healthy-eating restaurants, so to point you in the right direction CBRE have compiled this handy guide to some of our favourite fitness centres, gyms and healthy-eating restaurants in town.
