The Development

With around 7,000 new homes likely to be completed over the next five years, the population of Vauxhall/Nine Elms / Battersea is estimated to increase by more than 10,000 in that period. This increase of 30% will mean around 35,000 people residing in this fast-evolving neighbourhood.
