We can operate as a fully integrated on site leasing partner, including white labelled CBRE negotiators embedded within the building team, providing a seamless extension of the client’s brand and customer experience. At the other end of the spectrum, we also offer standard leasing agency services or a strictly introduction only model, depending on resource requirements, risk appetite, and cost considerations.
