This comprised 2 recently refurbished buildings with retail unts and residential apartments close to the piazza in Covent Garden. The off-market sale was handled by our Covent Garden office and sold by The Private Office to an UHNW family fund.
The Whiteley Kensington (Valuations)
Instructed to provide loan security valuations every six months. This prestigious mixed-use scheme which sits behind the retained façade includes 139 private residential units aggregating over 300,000 sq ft.
Fitzrovia £10m (Off-Market)

The Private Office handled the acquisition of this stunning Grade II listed period house in beautiful Fitzroy Square on behalf of an international UHNW private client.
£45m Mayfair (Off-Market)
The Private Office handled the off-market sale of the only mixed use building on Mount Street not in the direct control of the Grosvenor Estate. It occupied an ultra-prime location opposite Scott’s restaurant and backed directly onto the Mount Street Garden.
£3,500 Record Psf Fitzrovia (New Homes Sales)
Sold by our Prime Central London sales team, this was the largest penthouse in 101 on Cleveland, W1, a new luxury development in Fitzorvia on behalf of our clients, Dukelease Properties, Art Invest RE and ECE.
Chelsea Barracks, SW1W (Valuation)
Instructed to private a loan security valuation of Phase 4 of Chelsea Barracks. Phase 4 includes c. 100 private residential units across approximately 255,000 sq ft.

With overall responsibility for all UK Residential Agency and International Sales teams (China, Hong Kong & Middle East), I ensure that CBRE provide the most efficient strategies to maximise sales and lettings values on behalf of our clients.
I joined CBRE in 2016 as a Director responsible for growing Lettings revenue across our network. In 2019, I was promoted to Head of Lettings and in 2023 appointed to my current role as Head of Residential Agency.
My agency experience spans 22 years, during which I have built an extensive knowledge of the central London market, working on many of the most iconic residential projects delivered in recent years.
